Velino TV provides a digital streaming subscription service that offers access to live TV channels, movies, and TV series content. The Service includes:

  • 4K and HD quality streaming
  • Multi-device support based on subscription plan
  • 24/7 customer support

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards.

4.3 Subscription Period: Subscriptions are offered for 1, 3, 6, or 12-month periods.

4.4 No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current period expires.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others beyond your household
  • Use the Service on more devices than permitted by your plan
  • Record, download, or redistribute any content from the Service
  • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

6. Device Limitations

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of simultaneous device connections:

  • 1 Device Plan: Stream on 1 device at a time
  • 2 Device Plan: Stream on 2 devices simultaneously
  • 3 Device Plan: Stream on 3 devices simultaneously
  • 4 Device Plan: Stream on 4 devices simultaneously

Exceeding your device limit may result in service interruption or account suspension.

7. Content Availability

7.1 Content Changes: Channel lineups, movies, and TV series are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of specific content.

7.2 Geographic Variations: Content availability may vary by region due to licensing agreements.

7.3 Third-Party Content: We aggregate content from various sources. We are not responsible for third-party content quality or availability.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance.

10. Account Termination

10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid period.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service or support systems
  • Non-payment or payment disputes

11. Intellectual Property

The Velino TV name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. All content streamed through the Service is owned by respective content providers and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELINO TV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velino TV and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
